Dakota Hay Products is not a multi-million Dollar Operation. It is a privately owned small business established in the year of 2020. We grow and harvest some of our own products. We also source product from our specialty selected growers to assure you get the best products possible. All products are processed, packaged and shipped from our facility at Grant, Nebraska. The products are hand selected to remove any foreign objects such as weeds, twigs etc. The products we ship are all natural with no additives. We do not spray fields with pesticides or any other chemicals of any kind. This assures you get the purest all natural products possible for your pets health and well being. 2. To be Eligible For a return Or Refund Buyer must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item.
